Primary School Kids
Classes are divided into two aged groupings: 5-9 and 8-18 year olds. The mediums offered are sculpture, painting, printmaking, drawing and mixed media. Students will be introduced to, and develop confidence in a variety of methods and mediums. The term is planned by the students depending on their needs and wants after an initial provocation session.
Term bookings are preferred but you can book casually on a week to week basis.
Short Courses and Regular Clubs
Primary Colours offers specialised short courses throughout the year. These are open to all ages but are designed for adults and teenagers. Prices for these short course are all inclusive. Historically courses have covered areas such as oil painting, acrylic painting, and relief printmaking.
Regular evening sessions include Oily Tuesdays (oil painting short course) and Sketchy Fortnights (drawing club). These sessions run throughout the year, are quite social in nature, and in the case of Sketchy Fortnights, operate on a casual basis.

Excursions, Incursions and Art Parties
Primary Colours can come to you! Book us for an incursion at your workplace and we can tailor a program that will suit your purpose. You could also book a special class at the space. Simply contact us and we will organise a quote.
We also cater to parties. If you would like an Art themed party, contact us to arrange the details. Let us take care of the activities, the music, and the space. Simply provide the snacks. All Art materials are included in the price.
